1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using iBetu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use iBetu. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify eligibility.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
4. Virtual Tokens
iBetu uses a virtual token system for gameplay. Tokens have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any real-world currency, and are not transferable outside the Platform. Welcome tokens and daily tokens are granted at our discretion and may be adjusted at any time. Tokens are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform; (b) attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform; (c) create multiple accounts to abuse bonus systems; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or (e) harass, abuse, or harm other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on iBetu — including branding, design, software, and data — is owned by iBetu or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
iBetu is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of tokens or data resulting from technical issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which iBetu operates.
